These terms govern your use of Mira Diagnostics (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, booking system, and diagnostic imaging services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Mira Diagnostics is operated by Pulse Labs LLC.
Mira Diagnostics provides an online platform for booking and paying for private MRI scans. We operate accredited imaging centres and partner with third-party scanning facilities to deliver diagnostic imaging services.
Each booking includes an MRI scan performed by qualified radiographers, a medical report prepared by a consultant radiologist, and a Mira Clarity report that explains your results in plain language.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a scan through our platform. Scans for patients under 18 may be booked by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
By booking a scan, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to make the booking.
All scans are prepaid at the time of booking. Prices are displayed clearly before you confirm your booking and include all applicable fees. There are no hidden charges.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelled bookings within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund.
Mira Diagnostics provides diagnostic imaging services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The scan reports we deliver are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by your doctor or a qualified medical professional.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our services.
In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Mira Clarity reports are an educational and communication tool designed to help you understand your scan results. They translate clinical findings into plain language with visual guides and severity indicators.
Mira Clarity reports are not a medical diagnosis and are not a replacement for professional medical advice. They are provided alongside, not instead of, the formal medical report prepared by a consultant radiologist.
Always share your medical report with your doctor for clinical interpretation and guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira Diagnostics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on the Mira Diagnostics website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pulse Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your scan reports (both the medical report and Mira Clarity report) are provided for your personal use. You may share them with your healthcare providers but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For users in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
