Mira Diagnostics is operated by Pulse Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and what rights you have.
When you book a scan or contact us, we may collect:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.
We share your data only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to deliver our services:
Each third party processes your data under their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Booking and payment records are kept for a minimum of six years for accounting and regulatory purposes.
Scan reports are retained in your account until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see your rights below).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@miradiagnostics.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Essential cookies keep your session and your preferences while you book. These are strictly necessary and do not require your consent.
We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. In the UK and Europe these are loaded only after you accept them, and declining does not affect your ability to book a scan.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
Calls to our published numbers are recorded. You are told this at the start of every call, before you are connected.
We record calls to confirm the details of a booking, to resolve any dispute about what was arranged, and to keep patients safe where a call concerns a clinical matter. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the service accurately and safely.
Recordings and voicemail messages are held by our telephony provider, Twilio, acting as our processor. Where a recording concerns your health, it is special category data and we rely on Article 9(2)(h) for the provision of health care.
If you would rather not be recorded, please book online or email us instead. You can ask for a copy of a recording, or ask us to delete one, using the contact details below.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
